I contacted this company 5 months ago to purchase printers from them. The HP printers I thought to be new were all refurbished after ready a bunch of negative reviews about officetronics. They had reviews complaining that Officetronics cheated and defrauded them on products. So I decided to check on the printers I had purchased from Officetronics. To my surprise they were all used printers without any warranty. I called Officetronics only to hear even more lies that these were new when I had checked with Hewlett Packard. After I decided to let other users know about my experience only to have those reviews taken down. Pricegrabber.com / Nextag.com / Shopping.com / Bizrate.com are all companies that are not consumer advocates. They do not allow you to write negative experiences you have encountered with companies. All there primary concern is to make money on advertisement with these bad companies such as Officetronics. So if you are using a so called shopping comparison site on these places like pricegrabber, nextag, shopping, or bizrate do not be fooled by companies good ratings. You can prevent these companies from making any money by not clicking on these sites directly and by typing out the actual URL on the web browser. So after weeks of research I am here to report that Officetroncis is not a reputable company and there business ethics are horrible. If you have been defrauded or lied to by Officetronics please report them to many review sites as well as HP Fraud Prevention. I will be writing as many updates as I can as I find more information about this company. I will post the owners information as soon as that becomes available to me. Do not buy from Officetronics all there products being sold are refurbished and is not a reputable company! |
